help

Approximately two months ago I went to Telkom to explain I was moving and need to move the the line and I also had adsl. When they checked the area the said there where no cables but they had another solution to the problem a fixed wireless phone. So firstly I took put a contract which was a mistake. The phone doesn't keep charge. The WiFi goes off constantanly and has so ne reconnected or is goes on and off and working is impossible. I've bee taken for a ride and I need help to fix the situation. I got it so my mother cud at least be distracted but her daughters passing 5 mo the ago but its all just a night mare.
