Help

A subscriber for 40 years currently paying 3 accounts and Cell. I have lost my line, DSL and internet due to copper theft. To my horror (after 3 weeks) I find Telkom are not replacing the copper. Great News they can offer me an LTE with voice at no cost , the same call rate and my NUMBER . Yay. In 4 to 6 weeks. WHAT and no Internet !!! My DSL ... no because it was managed by an ISP. Telkom YOU supp**** the ISP . Please can anybody expedite this. I have a small business and we are suffering. 3 weeks already maybe 6 WEEKS to go AND i CANNOT GET A REFERENCE NUMBER FROM THE CALL AGENT. The number in question is is ********** 449
