HELP
Good Day
I have been waiting since 08 May 2018 for a NEW PABX System Order from Telkom.
I have just been told by the 4th person (luyanda Khumalo) at the call centre, that they do not have any supervisors at their office now because they are not children, they dont need supervisors. This was after i wanted to find out from a supervisor, why a matter as this that was escalated on 25/06/2018, was still not addressed.
I am believing now, that Telkom is not interested in my business.
