Hello Peter I took my phone to Telkom Express Midlands in PMB for repairs i only receive one message that they've received my phone on the 7th of December 2024. Since from that they have went quiet on me they not giving me any developments regarding the repairs. I called Telkom customer care but they have been making promises to track down the developments but they never got back to me. I went straight to the Telkom Express Midlands store in PMB of which i found a cashier who was so inpatient and rude towards me ,he just told me they offline and there's nothing that he can do i should come back some other time. I told them i am living far from PMB i am from Tugela Ferry he insisted that there's nothing he can help me with. I then requested the numbers for their shop of which they never pick up
