Hello peter complaint, acknowledged and nothing

logged a HP complaint about a month ago. Heard a response, was contacted and a techie came out. He did something and nothing changed. Line fault is still open, phone line is now dead again, and i cajt log a fault cause my existing is open. I have held for 60min at the call centre, and given up. This was 60 mins on my cellphone. Useless, ********, ***********. <br> <br> This fault has been an issue since october 2014. Now THATS third world service.
