Hellkom worst Internet Service Provider

Absolutely pathetic service, I am an existing client with Telkom for some background 2 years ago my line was changed to a LTE line where I get less than a meg speed I am still required to pay every month without fail. The technician did not explain to my pensioner mum what he was doing , never the less change was done and I was stuck with this ****. I tried to upgrade to no avail wasn’t an option when I tried to get a fibre line I was told I could not as I had to cancel my LTE pay early cancellation and then reapply for fibre. About a month back I tried getting Fibre again when I was advised I can I app**** and since then no feedback or resolution. Is this the 1st class **** service Hellkom gives?.
