Hellkom, where's my Fibre????

Been waiting four months for my Fibre line to be installed, I've been phoning countless times and always get told the system is offline, or that someone will contact me to resolve the issue, the first time, after four months, someone called me was to ask why I want to cancel my internet!! Absolutely rediculous!!! Then, I get phoned by Daniel from a department where extreme matters get sent to be resolved urgently, to promise me that if they have my Fibre installed within a week will I consider staying, which of course, I gave them the chance... And guess what..... Still F*cking waiting... Worst service, EVER, EVER EVER EVER.
