Why do you advertise phones that none of your stores has in stock, or the people advertising it on your website I called Telkom on 10213 in this week and asked if they have the Huawei p20 pro in stock so they said no, I then asked Shafeq who works at bayside and he confirmed the phone is EOL and he was supposed to contact me back regarding a phone but never did, i then called Telkom again today asking about the S9 and S10e that you guys advertise on your website and the guy once said you dont have stock. You guys are brilliant at getting rid of clients even your staff working in the shops is as useless as you guys. False advertsing then people call in then get your sales team to push them to upgrade to something they dont want
