Hellkom strikes again

This atrocious entity should rename themselves. They are beyond useless.

We app**** for Telkom to reconnect our home fibre line which they transferred when we moved from Midrand to Pretoria. I want to reiterate that. THEY INSTALLED THE LINE. In fact they dug up our garden to it. So we were completely amazed that apparently we now live on Mars because Telkom says our address doesn't exist. Where they installed the line five years ago, destroying my lawn in the process.

We app**** on the 16 September to be reconnected. Nothing happened. Openserve then contacted us to advise that Telkom had messed the address up and when we, the client, contacted them, they had cancelled the order. And no. Of course they didn't contact us to try and resolve the issue.

So we app**** again. And guess what? This time they messed up the debit order mandate. And yet again, cancelled the request. Without contacting us.

So we tried again and guess what? They cancelled it again without telling us because our address, according to them, does not exist.

So I called them today. FIFTEEN CALLS TOTALLING 80 MINUTES. Time I can never get back and airtime they are not paying for.

If I can give anybody some advice, choose someone else. Do not give this completely *********** entity your money. Because quite honestly, they do not give a damn if they have your business or not.
