HELLKOM - NO TELKOM - SHOCKING

No service - this is Hellkom & not Telkom! Pushed from pillar to post & excuses all the time. When a whole suburb/s Manors & Padfield Park Pinetown is affected then one knows that the downslide is real and there cannot be qualified staff to deal with the magnitude of the problem for MONTHS?? absolutely shocking & disgusting. .. ..& then they have the cheek to phone you to upgrade & what a freaking cheek - no SERVICE facility and they want to upgrade - funny thing is one ONLY gets these upgrade calls when service is DOWN. I smell a huge rat.
