Hellkom must fall
After several fights, bad phone calls and horrible reviews on social media over Telkom , just to get my land line moved to a new location that took more than a month to do , your company goes and adds extra charges to my bill that I DID NOT RECEIVE OR ASK FOR!! I have agreed to a basic landline rental of R200.74 pm and nothing more! You have billed me R998.68 for what? I have requested last month to fix this and was just ignored after chatting with your agent on your website and 2 emails sent to you after that and yet again you send me this bill. Listen carefully I WILL NOT PAY THE OVERCHARGED BILL BECAUSE I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE ANYTHING EXTRA FOR WHATEVER IT SEEMS YOU HAVE ADDED TO MY BILL!? Why should we always refer to social media or review sights like Hellopeter to recieve assistants from your useless *****ed company?

This is very unfair as Telkom was wrong from the beginning by billing me falsely and refusing to rectify the mistake, I then went and paid the total outstanding amount in April yet my name is still not clear? Please assist me by doing the right thing and clearing my name, it’s not fair that I should suffer for Telkoms incompetence
