Hellkom don't work week-ends

So typical of Hellkom lines to go down over on the start of the long weekend, nothing can be done until it's back to work on Tuesday. This is despite that we are in the hospitality sector running a 4 Star graded accomodation registered with The Tourism Grading Council of SA in the international calss and our guests need the internet as a means to communicate to the collegeues and family by overseas, usually via Skype or simmilar products<br> <br> So until then we have to show our international guests booked into us, what a joke the telecomunication indiustery is like here in South Africa.
