Hellkom cant count

I have so much problem with the account first the telkom line and internet as i were not bind to a contract as it was a month to month basis as the contract expired. I cancelled the line and internet as i was R1000 behind and wanted to pay it off it was June i cancelled. Telkom suspended ne and add extra monthly fees to a disconnected and suspended line now it R3500 what for hellkom what for. How on earth could u just add and add and the line suspended? please sort it ou and contact me to pay the R1000 so i can get connected again please. ********** 849. Also the contract ********** 836 was suspended as well and i paid every month first R600 and then R264 every month and then i am outstanding but im not. The accountand is useless they must check the eft. Please rectify and contact me on ********** 913 or ********** 303. Thank you. I phoned so many times the call centre and went to store and nothing help. PLEASE HELP
