Hellkom bullying elderly

Dear Telkom SA customers, Telkom, Your customer service is really pathetic. The hell you have put my mother-in-law through is ridiculous. She is 77 years of age and has no idea what you are THREATENING HER FOR. She is in a panic state and stressed and suddenly ill from the harassing calls, with rude agents, that have no patience, no understand that at her age, she was doesn't understand how things work these day, let alone, technology. I can't seem to get a decent answer from your agents. So #kindly have someone that is #COMPETENT from your Accounts or Legal team, contact me please.
