HELLKOM???BETTER BELIEVE IT

I couldn't understand why so many people refer to Telkom as Hellkom and now I know why.<br> What on earth has happened to this company?<br> I have been waiting for a new landline and it took me TWO WEEKS to even get through to 10210. I have NEVER been able to get through to 10210 again - the phone RIIINGS forever and/or cuts me off. I was lucky enough to get a number for the local depot and I was so happy when he gave me my new telephone number - now just to wait for my actual line. SURPRISE - I have now been informed that there are no ports in my new area, which, according to the depot manager, has VERY GOOD TELKOM INFRASTRUCTURE and this could take MONTHS to sort out.<br> So from point A to point Z this place sounds like a complete joke and my family has been a loyal customer for over 40 years.
