Hellkom and its failed service

<p>Im running a small business and is totally dependant on my adsl internet service and isdn telephone lines. Once again for the umptienth time the service is down and im getting a pathetic sms telling me that the problem is being resolved as there is a general outage in this area. Since Monday and still not resolved. I cannot do my work as I cannot use phone and cannot do the research needed as the internet is down. Im not earning an income due to Telkom's unreliable service, and as previously stated, for the umptienth time in the last 8 years. Can someone please restore my service (for which i pay on time monthly) without any further delay!!! I pay for a 24/7 service and that is what I demand. In addition, while restoring my service be so kind as to repair the adsl line so that the latency is a thing of the past. PLEASE!!</p>
