Am very disappointed with Hellkom again, It look like when other companies are triaining they employees in order to improve their Service. Hellkom on the other site is training they employees to provide poor service. I logged a call on the 28/03/16 reference number : 17ARK280316 and a call is not yet assigned to a Technician after Ten days.
