Hellkom

I reported a wifi issue 1 and a half months ago, telkom sent a technician out who advised me tht the fault lies with the router and i should visit my nearest store which is 66km away and they will assist with swapping my router out.

I went to the glen vista branch and they booked it for repairs, two weeks later I returned to collect my router and was told by the consultant that the router is fine and i should call a technician again, i explained that i had done this and asked if she could help me in anyway to which she rep**** " i cant , its not my fault you can call Telkom call centre and complain"

Ive been without a service which ive been paying for , for two months now !!!

Im Gatvol and will cancel all my services aswell as business services with Hellkom
