Hellkom

I have had a bitter sweet relationship with telkom mobile for donkey years but honestly this is the last straw. Did they not have the nerve to deduct money from my account 4 months after canceling my account with them even after I raised the issue with the complaints department, even sent them confirmation of the cancellation. No feedback, no acknowledgement even. It has been over a month and nothing is said. My service goes on and off, keep receiving sms's of owing monies then told services will be restored. Do they not have the decency to follow up with customers. For such a big company, the service is really lame, pathetic and unprofessional, or maybe that could be the reason why. To my shock, when I called in initially, the agent told me she didn't know what I should do with my query.. wow. At this point, even being taken from pillar to post would give some kind of assurance however Helkom is just mute about my money. I don't owe this account and I have sent them proof of this but they decide to keep quite about the matter. What a wow.
