Hellish Service

<p>I ordered the telkom unlimited LTE contract online on the 2nd of June. A telkom representative called me 2 days later to request all my details and documents. Since then i have had no feedback even though i called in numerous times. It’s now over a month later and still no results. During the process i they lost my documents, My order has been cancelled and then reopened. What really gets me is that i during the process i have collected a number of email addresses of the call centre agents that i have followed up with. Out of 20 emails sent, not one of them have been able to give me any feedback. </p> <p>Today i have been on there call centre since 8AM!! with me holding for the sales department an hour at a time. When I ask to speak to a manager they put me on hold and then drop the call.</p>
