Hell to deal with telkom

Telkom nightmare. You can email Telkom Support until you are blue in the face, they will not respond. I receiv emails from "Telkom" requesting me to verify my email adress. All I want to know is whether it is a spam? On a par with SAA, Post Office, Eskom, etc.
