Hell-Kom se 🍑📍

So Telkom Clearwater sold my phone that I bought last year 2021 AUGUST after I took it in for repairs, it's a Samsung a32.

In February 2022 my Samsung started to freeze and I took it to Telkom Clearwater by the banks side and Brenda booked for it to ho back to Samsung and I got a sms notification that my phone has been booked and I got another one when the phone arrived at Samsung repair center then I did not agree Samsung to repair the phone and requested the phone to be handed back to me in April this year.

I waited to get notified about my phone being back at the store and I didn't get anything then In June I phoned Samsung to check where the phone is and they told me to check with Telkom cos they had sent the phone back, then I went back to Brenda at the store and she told me she didn't receive the phone however she will investigate on her side and get back to me and few weeks later she comes back to me and tell me to wait for a call from one of their consultants and few minutes late the gentleman phones me to tell me that Telkom sold my phone to cover their expenses.

I asked him what expenses and how much did they sell it for, he said he can't disclose that information to me... Fair enough....

My phone was sold to cover R190 that I was supposed to pay when I pick my phone up from repair shop and I did not get any notice whatsoever that my phone is at the store and I should pick it up and pay R190.

I need my phone back!!!
