Hell-kom is more like it. Not original, I know, but true.

I was due for an upgrade in the month of May. I followed the online process and was called back and assisted by Helen. We completed the process and made arrangements for delivery. For some reason my delivery failed although no one ever came to me to deliver the device

This lady named Helen promised to arranged for the device to be redelivered however I still do not have the device and haven't had much feedback as to what the delay is. It's almost a month now and I am unsure what could be the problem. They have not been very helpful at all.
