Hell Kom can't deliver their product or service

Where do I start with this disaster of a company?<br> After applying to Telkom for a landline, first the technicians don't arrive on the day when they are supposed to arrive despite booking a week in advance.<br> When the line eventually gets installed, I am given an incorrect tel number which does not match the tel number of the phone!<br> I use the new telephone for one evening, and then disconnected. Discover that I am linked to someone else's account (previous owner, tenant or neighbor?) which is in arrears and in dispute.<br> After complaining...eventually reconnected...but now find out that I am on the Unlimited Business contract! ***! I DID NOT apply for Unlimited Business contract costing thousands of Rands a month, I app**** for the Weekender costing only R206 per month! Complaining again, I am told that they can cancel and put me on the weekender, but I must pay contract cancellation penalties for THEIR mistake! I threaten them with action by going to the Consumer Protection Agency. Get a call later saying they won't charge penalties and they will put me on the correct Weekender package which I originally app**** for.<br> Come home...now the phone is not working at all! No dial tone, nothing
