Hell for Exchange

<p>I have no idea where to start with this, all I wanted was for internet...</p> <p> </p> <p>So let’s get started, around February this year I can’t remember the exact date I app**** for a Telkom line to be installed at my house, all good and well I waited about two months and they came and installed the line, fair enough Telkom is busy and it took long for them to get a chance to install it. thats not the issue, the issue was what was to follow, I then about two days after app**** for my line to be converted to adsl and to be put into the wholesale list so that another isp could use my line, after about 14 emails, about 10 calls and I’d say 5 chats on Telkom’s website, I finally got the telephone line changed to an adsl line, this took about another month for that movement, now to this date, after being called 4 times asking why I would like to change and every time giving all the required information, ID, tell number and address, Telkom has promised and sent sms'es stating that managers would call me as I have done everything I need to do and they don’t know why?? It still hasn’t been put into wholesale but none the less I kinda gave up and decided to hello peter this. Will my line ever been released from Telkom and why hasn’t it been done...</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p> </p> <p>Rudi</p> <p> </p>
