Helkom strikes again

There is no minus rating on this site. If there was you would get a -10 rating from me No service once again since 30 December. Logging in to chat when reporting a fault and requesting an update is like talking to a automated response machine. They do not have any information that is helpful, only the same questions over and over again without any proper feedback. Very frustrating to say the least. I desperately need my service restored like a week ago already. If i dont work i dont generate an income and without telephones and internet i cant wor**** Ref ********** 8 and ref ********** 0. Hopefully someone at telkom will read this and provide me with an update as to when my service will be restored. Telkom is really not interested in considering their customers needs and i would suggest providing the people on telkom/chat with updates in order that they can be helpful and less frustrating!!.
