HELKOM- Stole All my money

I am contacting you out of desperation and such frustration as I dont know what to do anymore, I will try summarize

I took out a Mobile contract with Telkom, firstly the salesman was so pushy he convinced me to take the Samsung I actually didnt want, then I had a Out of box failure for the very reason I didnt want a Samsung. I took the phone back within the 7 days. The store, Table Bay, was absolutely terrible with handling this, they apparently have no contact info so you have to go there every time to get a update etc, they never got back to me when they where meant to, broken promises after another, generally a terrible and stressful experience. I finally thought it was over with and I took a contract elsewhere

Now more than a month after on the 30th June, they debit my account of I wont say how much, but alot of thousands, taking more than i even had left in it! I called them and they said I cancelled my contract according to the system and thats why they debited all my money. Yet it was a out of box failure. She said she logged the case and it would take up to 72 working hours, which is basically 9 days! I had more debit orders to come off and to feed myself and my baby and I now had a minus balance because of there faults

I called again last week to follow up, and they said they basically cannot tell me anything...absolutely no sense of urgency or caring, that they basically stole money from me

I phoned again yesterday twice, apparently nothing had been done on my case and the second lady i spoke to sent a email to the manager and they would take it further, and let me know today

I have now heard nothing and phoned again, this person has now told me that the case that was logged on the 30 June has not been dispatched so basically nothing has been done!! even though I have phoned 5 times, no one saw this?! She has now told me she has to log a totally new case and wait another 9 days!

So number 1, they took my money that they where not allowed to do, then they didn't attend to my case, all their fault, and now I have ot wait another 9 days and I have no money to live...and there is no consequence, no one is being heald responsible, no one is taking it further, no one is caring at all, how do I hold them accountable!? How can they do this to people and not be answerable for it. I have a minus ban account, I have bank charges because of bounced back debit orders and no one can do anything or help me
