Helkom Mobile

<p>Recently took out a contract with Telkom Mobile and requested a simple port of my MTN number to Telkom. That was the 8/8/2016. I spoke to several people over the last week. Each more clueless than next. The thing with you guys is that you have wonderful deals but the after sale is REALLY bad. You do your marketing team a great diservice but not getting the BASICS right. I want to cancel my contract now and guess what? They said there would be a penalty involved. So what that means is, I support you, get bad service and then have to PAY to release myself from that? Really? Guys, if you have a long history with a network without any major problems rather stick them than follow the lure of these 'oh so simple' deals.</p>
