<p>I have a deadline for work and I am unable to do this because my internet is still broken!! the pole is still lying over my wall damaging my property! Noone has come to fix it! It has been well over 2 weeks. I have had internet for about 3 days in march and now the track record for april is going strong so far.</p> <p>This is absolutely ridiculous. I am losing money and I am not being refunded for time that the internet is down either! Helkom where does the money we pay you go to? Clearly not to fixing your infrastructure!</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE RESPOND ASAP AND CONTACT ME - Someone must come fix this TODAY!!!</p>
