HELKOM HORROR!!

I know I am wasting my time because Telkom really does not give a damn but this is the only way to get a little satisfaction. Telkom must honely be the lowest of the low! Call centre staff are useless/clueless and idiotic. They do not know what they are doing. Latest little gem is to split types of queries so - when one query becomes too much a a problem they simply tell you that you need to call back and raise the query with another department. Ultimate conclusion - they do not have to deal with the problem because, according to each department - it is the problem of another department. Do NOT try to speak to a supervisor to get some sense because the are al too busy and do not bother leaving your contact details so that they can call you back because they do not!. Do not bother researching how to escalate the problem becue the phone number supp**** on the only site that tries to answer the question "IS NOT IN SERVICE". So here I sit - stuck between 2 departments - who both claim tis is the problem of the other department OH - the luxury of a MONOPOLY. You will get your just desserts one day HELKOM!!!
