Helkom even messes up my cancellation

I cancelled my service at Helkom to migrate away from their pathetic uncapped (which is in fact CAPPED) service. They even got my cancellation wrong. Some idiot cancelled my cancellation order. I'm now stuck with no internet until these retards actually fix THEIR issue. May this be my last interaction with this absolutely pathetic company. Can these *****s not get even ONE THING right once?
