Helkom continued to make my life hell

<p>Telkom refuses to assist it seams and keep sending reference numbers with zero action, no real communication whatsoever, ironic...</p> <p>why is it so hard to provide decent service, you've had more thank 7 weeks to just reply to a mail or call me and still nothing!</p> <p>if anyone is considering signing up DON'T, so not worth it no matter how good the deal might sound as there is zero support afterwards and agents are not properly trained and empowered with correct info!</p> <p> </p> <p>They don't even deserve the one star I am forced to give them!</p>
