unfortunately no option to choose zero stars. have to give them 20% and they deserve 0%.

all my lines has been blokced due to non payment but my payment date is only the 1st of every month. on the 19th my line was blocked. i unblocked it. today the 21st they blocked it again? what is going on with this company - I cannot even call them to log the issue. branches always full and the website online portal is completely useless. shows acount is active only allow for payment - logged a call two days ago for a person to phone me still no contact 0/5 Helkom
