Helkom and mistreating its clients!

If I could, I would give you -5 stars.

I app**** online for a new laptop 3 weeks ago. A debit order was processed and I was told that my order would be processed only to be told that "My product is out of stock". I then went instore to open a new application and just before I am about to leave with my product. I get told that I need to go for further credit score vetting because they casn't verify my identity. DESPITE me giving MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS that provided my identity and then my item finally got sold in a matter of 3 days.

Telkom does not care about its customers and makes their profit through *****ING their clients money. I would not recommend Telkom to ANYONE.
