Helkom- amazing at being useless!!

<p>Another month and you once again debited my account for the mobile insurance I canceled 3 months ago. DO NOT tell me once more that you don't administer the insurance. YOU sold it to me. It appears on YOUR invoice, and YOU debit my account all too willingly every month. I am canceling my debit order at the bank. Such a simple task, yet you guys can't do it. Royally pathetic.
