i hate reverting to social media to have problems attended to, but Telkom service delivery is beyond pathetic to the point of non existent. i am without telephone services at my premises for more than 3 weeks. no one can tell you when it will be attended to. no one can tell you what the problem is and the case is assigned to no one. ref: ********** 1. who know how long it will take...then my son needs a cell phone...went to apply at telkom cape gate - an employee - lee - completes all the forms and inform me max 48hrs to have an answer...today 5 days later they not accepting my calls because yesterday in the branch i was told they did not start on the application yet. no one knows when it will be done or who does the vetting ... i hope someone from telkom reading this can allocate actions to accountable personel ... please send me a lot of sms to rate your service......
