Held liable for an amount that was credited

<p>In my attachment is an email from one of your Hello Peter Consultants who details that an amount was credited on our account ********** 49240 as we were billed for a service no longer in use. When I received my bill this month it details that the amount that was subsequently credited is over due?</p> <p> </p> <p>Total amount on account was R1216.58 paid R993 now we are told that we owe R223.58.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please provide me with some clarity in this regard.</p>
