<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I took Samsung Galaxy S7 32 GB (Black) with SmartPlan 100, and this according to Telkom Website and Telkom Booklet is R499pm, and it comes with :</p> <p><br />Unlimited Telkom mobile to Telkom mobile calls (first 12 months)<br />5 for 50 SMS promotion<br />Free CLIP<br />Free SIM and connection worth R200<br />Free Wi-Fi access with a 10 GB fair usage policy<br />100 All Network minutes<br />Free SIM & Connection (available with a device only).</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>To my surprise, I am charged the following:<br />ONCE OFF FEES:</p> <p>Migration Penalty: R 50<br />Wireless Activation Fee : R 200</p> <p> </p> <p>RECURRING MONTHLY FEES</p> <p>1 x SmartPlan 100 + Samsung Galaxy S7 Black 32GB : R 780.33</p> <p> </p> <p>MY QUERY:</p> <p>1) Where is the R50 for Migration coming from because this is an additional contract, not migration whatsoever?</p> <p>2) Where is the R200 Activation fee coming from because this deal is advertised with FREE Sim and Connection Fee worth R200?</p> <p>3) Why is now SmartPlan 100 + Samsung Galaxy S7 Black 32GB, advertised on R499, now costing me R 780.33 now that I have taken the contract?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
