Heading to the Lawyers

Hi. I went to telkom at vaal mall to get a laptop and uncapped internet for my home on 24 Oct 2017 where i got a consumer application form witch i still have. They told me the technician would come and do a free installation so a month later telkom charged me R250 by then technician still have not arrived so i called telkom with a compliant and a week later the technician was here and said they have to come to plant some poles. End of december they had deducted money again and i still not have the line in my home and then called again so the people from telkom then got here at the end of January to plant the poles and left a line hanging on the pole rolled up and detucted again so i started to reverse the money on February ever since then i have been calling and nothing happens so every month i reverse the money because i can not pay for something i do not have on 23 Oct 2018 they send me a LETTER OF DEMAND REGARDING OUTSTANDING TELECOMMUNICATION ACCOUNT so i phoned telkom again where they send an email to they're supervisor and the lady that helped me also fwd the email to me so that i have evidence of calling them once again. With this complain i hope that Telkom realizes that this is defamation which is giving me a bad credit name and also that they are in breach of contract, That gives me the right to go to the lawyers and sue them with cost. I will wait till end of January for Telkom to sort this out if not I AM GOING TO THE LAWYERS. ********** - Francois
