Headache to get someone to help you at telkom

I have moved from one one town to the next and requested my line to be moved, that part went well, the technician arrived at my townhouse complex and informed me there is no way i will get ADSL because of where he have to tap the line from. He also informed me there were about 5 or 6 people in the complex that requested lines which they couldn't help and I will have to make another plan. I have tried to contact telkom and after sometimes an hour the call just gets dropped and when I eventually get through the person says they cannot help me and i have to phone this number, then i phone that number and same story, you must phone that number. There is a pole about 25 meters from my premises and on the boundary of the complex, surely something can be done if someone just cares to help. But that someone is very hard to find. Then i thought i will try LTE which is more expensive, guess what there is LTE coverage all around me except the spot where i live.<br> In this day and age i cannot believe that nothing can be done to get ADSL to a house.
