Headache of a service

<p>I have been begging Telkom to remove their poll they planted on our site since 2/07/2016. We wanted to build our house there as a result we had to build the house too close to it as per our house plan with Thekwini municipality. Now it is loose and leaning towards our neighbours' houses. Went to them last week and spoken to Adam @ Telkom Merebank office in Dbn by the filling station, who promised to send someone to our site @BB 774 ,110 Bhambatha Rd Umlazi 4066 the next day but nothing has been done and no feedback.
