Having the same problem with my SIM card to be ported

Having the same problem with my SIM card to be ported. From rain to telkom. The call centre tells me to go to the nearest telkom store. Wich i did. Several times. I get told they waiting for rain to port my cell number i had over 30 years. Been phoning there call centre been in contact via whats app with there employer from telkom Keywest. Was there at there store again this morning. Was told they trying to get it from Vodacom. That i have left there services for 18years already. And that is the SIM number i need that has been ported to 8ha years ago. That became telkom and then to rain. Now trying to get it back to telkom as my old number. But they all tell me a difrent storie. Very frustrating.
