Have you all been fired? 10210 no answer for 6hrs+

I have been trying to dial 10210 since 4pm, apparently you have finally all gone to hell. So still no ADSL because my ISP cant reset my port because the transfer requests I have sent through to the correct department by email for the last 6 weeks have all been sent to the **** off box apparently. SO here I sit throwing money down the endless Telkom hole , i hope you all die in a fire. Or at the least get some severe form of cancer for the stress, difficulty and shear hell you cause the people of this country on a daily basis through your willful incompetence.
