have to wait for more then a month for a telephone line

<p>so i ordered a telkom landline a week ago, if i remeber correctly it was on the 4th january 2017 , its now the 13th january 2017 where i get a sms saying the install is shedueled for the 07th febuary 2017, so that puts it a 34 day wait before i get a line ????? this is complete madness NO supplier makes you wait 34 days for a service ?? this is not a good start to a new customer relation ship.</p> <p> </p> <p>secondly why do you even bother having a call center ? im waiting on the phone for 13min now to speak to a sales department , Obviously when they answered the consultant had No idea what to do and then initiated to bounce me arround departments from faults to technical department,all send me back to each other ?</p> <p> </p> <p>its now been 30min on the phone and people have just stopped answereing the calls?</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunatly it is probably quicker writing this review then waiting for the call center to answere</p> <p> </p>
