Have to phone in every day because I am unable to send sms internationally because every day spending limit is cancelled

I have phoned their call centre 180 yesterday and the day before, holding on forever. I want to be able to send sms's internationally. Every time I phone in the person set a spending limit of R200 on my account. They do it for immediately as well as for recurring. Yesterday I could send an sms but today I cannot. The same thing happened the day before. I do not want to have to phone in every day to set the spend limit. Can someone please set it up for the whole month
