Have to drive to Telkom to buy data

Every time I attempt to top up my data by calling Telkom 8ta they tell me that I am not eligible and then I have to drive to the one Telkom store in Rosebank to buy data even though I could previously buy data for the last 4 years. How can you expect your customers to have drive across town to buy data. What a ridiculous service.
