Have to complain to get any response every time!! useless!!!

<p>It seems the only way I get any feedback or issue sorted is to complain on hello peter first.</p> <p>I do not get any feedback for Karabo Thaisa but after I complain on here i suddenly get his attention.</p> <p> </p> <p>Friday I was told my nr will be in the holding pool within 24hours to move to my new ISP for my ADSL.</p> <p>It's wednesday and still nothing, my new ISP can still not access my line!<br />After numerous emails I just get no repsonse from Karabo!!<br />So tired of dealing with this iuselessness!</p> <p>I've cancelled my service to get away from this but still I can't just get it moved!!<br />I want this sorted today!!!!<br />I want my line available so I can get my new adsl service started!!<br />Im the one suffering without internet access and this useless individual is not even got the decency to reply to emails!!</p>
