Have not received telkom order over 24days

We placed an order and money was deducted but the phone has still not been received, we have called 10213 and nobody picks up, we hold for 2hrs daily and no response

Went to the telkom branch on Saturday and they told us there isnt much they can do because it was an online order.

Its been over 24 days now.
