Have no respect for it's customers

<p>I am sick and tired of telkom, for the past 2 weeks my ADSL line only works for 1 day and it stops working for 3 days. I have called the call center and sent emails to no avail. No one knows what the s... is happening. I get faults happen but now this is way out of hand this is ridiculously outrageous. But should I not pay my account on time they are very quick to add interest and all and forget the type of service they were giving you. I am very close to canceling my service as it is now at a point where it is costing me more, making calls using airtime and all and paying for something I only use. Since the 10th till today it has not worked 9 out of 13 days. Now that is telkom for you </p>
