Have no deal with Telkom, account *** not activated

Account *** has never been active because the phone was returned back to Telkom by courier as it was not what we agreed on, but Telkom keep on debiting my account, I don't have the phone or Sim, pls cancel my name on your books as I have no deal with you, call me on *** for further discussion
